RETURN POLICY

At Aegi Bloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Options

You have two options for refunds:

1.Receive a refund using your original payment method.

2.Choose 120% store credit for future purchases.

Return Shipping

You may return your item(s) using one of the following methods:

  • Use your preferred carrier at your expense.
  • Select our $10 AUD prepaid returns label (available for Australian returns only).

Exchanges (Australia Only)

We offer exchanges within Australia for a $14 AUD fee, which covers both return shipping and shipping for your exchange order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Returns outside the 14-day return window will incur a $5 restocking fee.
  • If a return is sent after 40 days, we cannot provide reimbursement or exchange. If you wish to have your item returned back to you, you will need to provide a return label at your cost.
  • Rejected returns that do not follow the correct return process will not be sent back or reimbursed.
  • We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered returned parcels.

Return Processing Time

Our returns team processes all returns within 5-7 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email.

Returned Packages & Address Issues

If your package is returned to us due to delivery issues, refunds will only be issued once we physically receive and process your returned package. If you paid a shipping fee, it will be subtracted from your refund.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. A return-to-sender fee may be deducted from your refund for the following reasons:

  • Rejected parcel at the time of delivery.
  • Parcel not collected from the local post office.
  • Incorrect or insufficient address provided.
  • Addressee unknown/ID verification issues.
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts.

Customs & Duties on Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, we do not provide refunds. If you refuse to pay customs fees, your package may be destroyed by the courier.

Any duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred on both the original and return shipping, as well as the original shipping fee, may be charged to you.

Condition of Returns

All returned products must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • In original condition.
  • With all original tags still attached.
  • Free from sweat, perfume, deodorant, washing powder scents.
  • Free from lotion or cream marks.

If your return does not meet these conditions, it may be sent back at an additional cost to you.
