Australia 

FREE AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS SHIPPING for AUSTRALIAN orders over $120 AUD

For orders less than $120 AUD:

  • a flat rate of $12.00 AUD for Express Shipping 1-2 business days
  • a flat rate of $8.95 AUD for Standard Shipping 3-5 business days

New Zealand

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders more than $150 AUD 

For orders less than $150 AUD:

Express shipping (2-7 business days): $18 AUD 

 

USA & CANADA

FREE SHIPPING via Australia Post for orders more than $180 AUD 

For orders less than $180 AUD: 

  • DHL Express shipping (2-7 business days): $38 AUD 
  • Australia Post Express Shipping | USPS (3-11 business days): $33 AUD
  • Australia Post Standard shipping | USPS (7 - 15 business days): $20 AUD 

 

REST OF WORLD 

FREE SHIPPING for orders more than $250 AUD 

For orders less than $250 AUD:

  • Express Shipping (2-11 business days): $35 AUD

Depending on your location, your order will be dispatched either via Australia Post Express (3-11 business days) or DHL Express (2-7 business days)

  • Standard shipping (7 - 15 business days): $23 AUD 

 

The timeframes we provided are not guaranteed as there may be possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Custom Charges & Taxes

Free shipping applies to courier fees only and does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or other charges.

Customers are responsible for any additional customs and import fees.

If customs duties are unpaid, the package may be abandoned, and Aegi Bloom is not responsible for the loss.

Customs authorities may inspect and delay shipments beyond our control.

Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

Contact the courier (Australia Post for domestic orders, or the international carrier for global orders) immediately. Provide your tracking number and request an investigation. Contact us only after reaching out to the courier, as this will speed up the process.

Shipping & Delivery Delays

Express shipping does not mean express dispatch.

During peak sale periods, please allow extra processing time for your order.

External factors such as weather, customs, or courier transit errors may cause delays beyond our control.

We cannot offer refunds or cancellations due to postal delays.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 9 AM AEST are shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 9 AM AEST, on weekends, or public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Processing times may be delayed during high-volume sales or holiday seasons.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
